Partner Success Coordinator – Baltimore Region

The Partner Success Coordinator will provide support to our thousands of trained facilitators across schools, community organizations and colleges throughout the country. This role will ensure that 100% of facilitators have the tools, resources and confidence to implement One Love’s life-saving relationship health curriculum. The Partner Success Coordinator is a member of the program team, reporting to the Director, Partner Success.

What You’ll Do

  • Support a large portfolio of accounts to implement One Love’s education in their community.
  • Provide technical assistance for the One Love’s online learning system – the Education Center.
  • Manage incoming requests through our HelpDesk Platform and other communications platform.
  • Utilize One Love’s technology suite, including Salesforce, Pardot, Alchemer, and more to ensure efficiency.
  • Facilitate live trainings on the topic for adult and student educators on the topic of healthy and unhealthy relationships, creating and enriching and impactful learning experience.
  • Collaborate internally on projects to improve One Love’s offerings, occasionally working cross-functionally.
  • This position will be located in the Baltimore region, with the ability to travel to regional events (approximately 5-10% of your time).

  • Committed to One Love’s mission of ending relationship abuse and promoting healthy relationships among young people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate One Love’s message clearly and professionally to diverse partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to pivot and adjust to evolving needs and priorities within a dynamic non-profit setting.
  • Ability to identify challenges or roadblocks for partners and work creatively to find solutions.
  • An eagerness to take ownership of tasks and seek out ways to add value.
  • This is considered an entry-level position. 

Compensation: The Baltimore-based compensation will range from 48,000-52,000 commensurate with experience
